Terms and Conditions

 

1 Simulator Experience Voucher Purchase

  1.        Simulator Experiences are operated all year round with the exception of the festive holidays. Dates and days are determined by               the  FlySim Centre.

  2.        All vouchers relating to the above (1.1) are valid for 12 calendar months.

  3.        All vouchers must be registered with the FlySim Centre within 4 calendar months of date purchased.

  4.        Registrations and Bookings are taken Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm on 0161 710 2210.

  5.        If your experience is cancelled due technical issues or unforeseen circumstances by the FlySim Centre, customers & voucher                     holders must contact our booking office to re-schedule Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

  6.        If experiences are cancelled by the FlySim Centre and the voucher is due to expire the validity of the voucher will be extended as             determined by the FlySim Centre.

  7.        The experience voucher will become void if not booked for another date within any extended period allowed by the FlySim Centre.

  8.        Unless otherwise specified each voucher entitles one person to a flight simulator experience from City Airport Manchester, either           for the length specified or as a credit towards a longer experience.

  9.        Participants are to arrive at least 30 minutes before the session and check in at the office, with your experience voucher.

  10.        The person entitled to a simulator experience is the voucher holder. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to keep the                     voucher safe, and to redeem it at the arranged time in the information office.

  11.        The FlySim Centre cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

  12.        If no voucher is presented to the FlySim Centre at check in, the experience will be cancelled and the voucher void.

 

2     Simulator Experience Voucher Cancellation Policy

  1.        A minimum of 48 HOURS notice is required for the cancellation of a simulator session so as not to incur a cancellation charge of             £50.00. Please note that a voucher no-show will deem the voucher used. 

  2.        Due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances the FlySim Centre reserves the right to cancel any simulator session.

  3.        All cancelations affected by point 2.2 will need to re-arrange dates and times with the FlySim Centre (see 1.5).

  4.        Cancellations should be made via e-mail quoting your voucher number to  flysimcentre@gmail.com or by telephone on 0161 710           2210. Office hours for cancellations by phone are Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm). Please ensure you obtain a name of the person           you advise of absence together with the date and time of your call.

  5.       Any disagreement regarding the cancellation should be resolved at the time of the cancellation and not at the time of receiving any       charges.

3  Voucher Refunds

  1.        Refunds are available up to 7 days after purchase.

  2.        A £20.00 administration fee will be charged to anyone wanting a refund.

 

4    Miscellaneous

  1.        The FlySim Centre cannot accept responsibility for any cars parked on its car park.

  2.        The FlySim Centre cannot accept responsibility for any items/personal belongings left in the FlySim Centre premises.

  3.        American Express (Amex) and Diners Cards are not accepted.

  4.        Bank transfers are acceptable, however, customers are responsible for all bank charges, any charges levied to the FlySim Centre               will  be recharged to the customer.

  5.        For bank transfers please ensure that a clear reference is made with regards to Surname/Account Number.

  6.        The FlySim Centre does not pass on personal details to any other third party. We will only use the information that we collect                   about  you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR Regulations 2018)

  7.        Any participant must abide by the rules and instructions given to them, by the FlySim Centre staff regarding health and safety, and         must not miss use any equipment in place for the use of Health and Safety (Health and Safety at work Act 1974)

  8.        Any dissatisfaction with these terms and conditions must be brought to our attention within 7 days of purchase.
